From a discrete entrance from the street you enter and walk up a flight of steps that merge into the landscaped garden. Surrounded by greenery, palms and native Mediterranean plants the garden provides a lush welcome to the contemporary style house. There are lovely communal gardens surrounding the fabulous communal swimming pool. From the front door, you enter into the large open living area with cool marble floor. It is tastefully decorated with the white of the walls, contrasting with the colours and textures of original pieces around the world. From the large cream sofa you can look out though the bay window to the panoramic views below or sit on the other comfy chairs and watch TV or DVDs or listen CDs. The dining area is open to the living room and has a glass topped table and dining chairs for 6 with full length French windows. The kitchen is very modern, stylish and of top quality and is fully fitted with Siemens appliances including two ovens, microwave, large American style fridge freezer, gas range, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Of course, it contains all the crockery, cutlery and glassware for everybody. Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with lots of natural light, with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The white walls and cream marble floors are matched by the white and cream bed linen, making the room very calm and relaxing with a beautiful view of the pool area and the National Park. Bedroom 2 is again double sized with fitted wardrobes, white walls and cream marble floor although contains a single sofa bed and benefits from the same view of the hills and gardens to the rear. There are more wardrobes in the hall way so allowing for more than enough storage space. The bathroom is sunny, clean and cool with cream marble and includes a bath, shower, sink and w.c. Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom but with a large single bed in dark wood, with fitted wardrobes and the luxury of walking out of bed onto the balcony to take in the view each morning, or even later in the day, as being south facing, there is always sun. Bedroom 4 is the very stylish master bedroom suite with white painted walls and marble floor. You will feel like royalty lying in the romantic double canopy bed and surrounded by the antique bedside cabinet and chair. This room again leads directly out onto the terrace for some of the best views of Sitges it is possible to get. The ensuite bathroom again is marbled with a bath, shower, sink and w.c. That is not all, if you need to accommodate more people, stairs lead down from the kitchen to the lower ground floor where there is a huge open area with a tiled floor separated off into large alcove type spaces surrounding a central living area. Being a lower ground floor there is minimal natural light but provides a separate dining area with a dining table and chairs and lounge area with a large sofa, two comfy chairs and a second large TV. Although open to the central lounge there are two bedroom areas, each with a double bed that are still fairly private. This is a great area for kids and those guests who still want to do their own thing away from the rest of the party. This is a fabulous property. Spacious luxury just a short hop to the town centre. Of course, it contains all the crockery, cutlery and glassware for everybody. Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with lots of natural light, with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The white walls and cream marble floors are matched by the white and cream bed linen, making the room very calm and relaxing with a beautiful view of the pool area and the National Park. Bedroom 2 is again double sized with fitted wardrobes, white walls and cream marble floor although contains a single sofa bed and benefits from the same view of the hills and gardens to the rear. There are more wardrobes in the hall way so allowing for more than enough storage space. The bathroom is sunny, clean and cool with cream marble and includes a bath, shower, sink and w.c. Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom but with a large single bed in dark wood, with fitted wardrobes and the luxury of walking out of bed onto the balcony to take in the view each morning, or even later in the day, as being south facing, there is always sun. Bedroom 4 is the very stylish master bedroom suite with white painted walls and marble floor. You will feel like royalty lying in the romantic double canopy bed and surrounded by the antique bedside cabinet and chair. This room again leads directly out onto the terrace for some of the best views of Sitges it is possible to get. The ensuite bathroom again is marbled with a bath, shower, sink and w.c. That is not all, if you need to accommodate more people, stairs lead down from the kitchen to the lower ground floor where there is a huge open area with a tiled floor separated off into large alcove type spaces surrounding a central living area. Being a lower ground floor there is minimal natural light but provides a separate dining area with a dining table and chairs and lounge area with a large sofa, two comfy chairs and a second large TV. Although open to the central lounge there are two bedroom areas, each with a double bed that are still fairly private. This is a great area for kids and those guests who still want to do their own thing away from the rest of the party. This is a fabulous property. Spacious luxury just a short hop to the town centre. A great choice for a relaxing holiday.
